Kerio Pay

📅 Effective: April 1, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Kerio Pay. By registering, you agree to be bound.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and not be from a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account & Verification

You must submit valid business registration (or ID) and complete KYC. We may reject or suspend any account.

4. Fees & Settlement

Fees are disclosed in your dashboard. Settlement is typically T+1. You are responsible for all chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Activities

Illegal goods, adult content, MLM, or any activity violating payment scheme rules are prohibited.

6. Chargebacks

You bear full liability for chargebacks. Excessive chargebacks may result in account closure.

7. Data Protection

We comply with the Uganda Data Protection Act.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraud, or legal reasons.

9. Liability Limitation

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved in Kampala courts.
